How To Return

To request a return, please send an email to hello@tallboto.com. Make sure to include your name, order number and the name of the swimsuit you are returning. Once your return is authorised, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your order.

Please return all items within 21 days from placing your order.

Swimsuits have to be in their original condition, unwashed with all tags, labels and hygiene sticker still attached to process a refund for you.

Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel. Please DO NOT return your item to us after 21 days as we will not be able to process a refund for you.

As a small business we unfortunately do not cover return costs and are not liable for undelivered/lost returns, therefore recommend using a tracked service and obtaining the postal receipt. 

TIP : If you need to return your longer length swimsuit, send back in original packaging and include a note with your name and order number. We are not liable for undelivered/lost returns, therefore recommend using a tracked service and obtaining the postal receipt. 

Exchanges

We unfortunately do not offer straight exchanges. Instead, reorder another swimsuit on our website and to send us the unwanted item back for a refund.

We aim to process all returns within 7 days of receipt and will notify you via email when it has processed. Refunds exclude all delivery costs. Being a small business, we do not cover return costs and are not liable for undelivered/lost returns, therefore recommend using a tracked service and obtaining the postal receipt. 

Faulty/Damaged Products

If you're not happy with your order, we will try not to cry about it!  In the rare case you receive a faulty or damaged swimsuit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will get this sorted for you. We do not offer replacements or refunds for wear and tear. We encourage you to follow our extensive care-guide to maintain your swimsuits longevity.
